As with all classes at Connect Centre Pilates, we value the personal approach. Classes are limited to 6 people for all participants to receive individual attention and support.

  • You experience pelvic health pain in your hips, stomach, vagina, and/or back?

  • You experience pain/ discomfort or leakage during sex?


In women, there are two main factors that can weaken the pelvic floor: pregnancy and menopause.

- During pregnancy your pelvic floor muscles are put under considerable strain due to the weight of the baby and they can stretch by up to 300x their original length.

- During menopause, hormonal changes can soften and weaken the pelvic floor muscles.

Maren is a qualified Pilates teacher and trained Physiotherapist with a special interest in pelvic floor health and fitness, including pre and postnatal changes.
