Terms and Conditions
Memberships (not packages)
Rolling memberships have a minimum term as stated in the Membership Agreement. After this period, the membership continues and is not subject to any further minimum term.
Members may cancel their membership after the minimum term has expired. A minimum of 2 full calendar weeks' notice (Mon–Sun) is required in writing.
Memberships may be put on hold in weekly blocks starting on a Monday. Written notice must be provided by the previous Friday, including both start and end dates.
The membership and associated payments will automatically restart the day after the hold end date.
Two business days' written notice is required to extend a hold period. If the Member does not return after the hold period, a 2-week cancellation payment cycle will be charged.
During the minimum term, any hold period will be added to the end date of that term.
Unused classes may be rolled forward and used within 4 weeks of the original booking.
After this time, unused classes will expire. Unused classes cannot be used while a membership is on hold and cannot be exchanged for monetary value.
Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
