In these sessions, we get to know you, your goals & aspirations and your current challenges. Based on this, we create a program specifically for you.
With your program in hand, you will be set to join Small Group Training or choose to continue with Private Sessions if that’s more your jam.
Private Sessions
With one-to-one training, all the focus is on you.
A great choice if you’re coming back from an injury, are navigating something that requires specific attention, or perhaps you just enjoy a more personal experience.
Is also great to have every now and again alongside Small Group Training to deepen your practice and address anything that’s been coming up for you.
Small Group Training
This is where much magic happens!
Under the guidance of an expert teacher and armed with your program, the mat & equipment studio is your space to train specifically towards your own goals, and at your own pace. Explore how the equipment both supports and challenges.
With a maximum of 5 people in a session, you will receive attentive support & guidance.
