Restore your Pelvic Floor

A Pilates movement class focusing on pelvic floor health.

For woman all ages and stages of life.

As with all classes at Connect Centre Pilates, we value the personal approach. Classes are limited to 6 people for all participants to receive individual attention and support.

Do you answer yes to any of these questions?

  • You sometimes leak urine when you cough, sneeze or laugh?

  • You’re worried to jump or do anything aerobic, for fear of leakage?

  • You’re pre or post-natal and want to support your pelvic floor strength and function?

  • You experience pelvic health pain in your hips, stomach, vagina, and/or back?

  • You experience pain/ discomfort or leakage during sex?

In women, there are two main factors that can weaken the pelvic floor: pregnancy and menopause.

- During pregnancy your pelvic floor muscles are put under considerable strain due to the weight of the baby and they can stretch by up to 300x their original length.

- During menopause, hormonal changes can soften and weaken the pelvic floor muscles.

Maren is here to help you take control of your pelvic health and help yourself for the long term.

Heal and restore your body from the inside.

Learn to activate and also relax your pelvic floor

Maren is a qualified Pilates teacher and trained Physiotherapist with a special interest in pelvic floor health and fitness, including pre and postnatal changes.

Limited to 6 people. - 1 spot currently available!
